Our client in the property industry who is based in Parow, Cape Town would like to fill a permanent position for a Broker's Administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric with at least 3 years of relevant admin experience.
Good communication skills (Fluent in English language)
Decision Making
Time Management
Self-motivation
Teamwork
Creativity
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure
Property Industry experience (leasing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The duties of the employee shall constitute the following:

Answering the switchboard
Typing
Administration (general administration)
Administrative assistance to brokers and admin staff where needed
Assist with general queries
E-mailing messages using outlook to staff
Filling
Making copies
Prepare boardroom for meetings
Progressing data (stock in Prop Data System)
Telephone follow-ups
Welcome clients and visitors
