🔑 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within short-term insurance
RE5 qualification (essential)
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Confident communicator with solid industry knowledge
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain brokers and agents
Act as a key contact, providing product support and market insight
Conduct presentations, training, and regular engagement with brokers
