Candidate Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification advantageous
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong breakfast service experience
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure wth good organisational and time-management skills
• Own transport
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
• Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Manage stock and minimise wastage
• Ensure consistency in quality and presentation
