Our successful Brand Manager will…

• Shape and evolve brand strategy, positioning and brand expression across the Tsogo Sun Digital portfolio.
• Support new brand, sub‑brand and proposition launches as the business grows.
• Build brands consumers notice, trust and remember by strengthening meaning, visibility and distinctiveness.
• Define audience segments and priorities to sharpen planning and relevance.
• Manage campaign calendars tied to sporting moments, seasonal trends and commercial goals.
• Drive trade marketing across Tsogo properties, ensuring strong in‑casino and in‑hotel brand presence.
• Oversee high‑quality venue signage, POS, merchandise and customer‑facing brand collateral.
• Lead or support events and activations, ensuring they are well‑executed and commercially aligned.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners and ambassadors to boost awareness and cultural relevance.
• Align brand activity with loyalty, CRM and customer marketing to support acquisition and retention.
• Support PR and reputation efforts to build trust and protect brand equity.
• Manage budgets, track spend and use BI insights to guide future brand activity.
• Partner closely with CRM, acquisition, BI and marketing teams to understand what drives awareness, engagement and brand growth.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, MS Office proficiency, strong numeracy and excellent communication skills; plus 8+ years in brand or trade marketing, strong brand strategy and positioning ability, experience delivering brands across venues, events and activations, solid campaign‑planning and digital/CRM understanding, proven budget and ROI management, confidence using BI insights, strong stakeholder and agency management, and ideally experience in gaming, betting or hospitality with a commercial, growth‑focused mindset.
