• Proven experience in brand management, brand strategy, marketing or a closely related discipline
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity, messaging and market development
• Experience developing and implementing integrated brand and marketing campaigns
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear brand and marketing strategies
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creative, digital, content, sales and commercial teams
• Experience managing external agencies, creative partners and suppliers is advantageous
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and how digital channels contribute to overall brand strategy
• Ability to analyse campaign and brand performance and use insights to inform future strategies
• Strong communication, copywriting and presentation skills
• Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how brand activity contributes to business growth
