SUMMARY:
A leading global consumer brand is searching for a Brand Engagement Coordinator to join its fastâpaced South Africa Marketing division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, organisation, and driving results. You’ll help shape impactful brand experiences, support market strategy execution, and collaborate with a worldâclass marketing team working across major regional campaigns.

POSITION INFO:

Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution

Support the development of quarterly and annual brand plans
Gather market insights, analyse consumer trends, and track competitor behaviour to guide marketing decisions
Turn strategic concepts into structured plans, reports, and presentation material for leadership

Campaign Coordination

Assist with the rollout of digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns across multiple touchpoints
Manage timelines, creative workflows, and internal approvals
Monitor active campaigns and prepare performance summaries with optimisation suggestions

Partner & Agency Collaboration

Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners such as media, creative, and production agencies
Work with both local and international marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution

Budget & Administrative Support

Help track monthly expenses and reconcile marketing spend
Manage smaller tactical budgets when required
Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and brand asset libraries

Events & Consumer Activations

Support the delivery of brand events, sponsorships, and promotional activations
Handle supplier coordination, logistics, and onsite setup to ensure flawless execution

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or campaign/project coordination
Solid exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic buying)
Working knowledge of CRM, automation, SEO principles, and social media analytics
Excellent organisational and projectâmanagement skills with the ability to prioritise in a fastâmoving environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detailâfocused mindset

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field (or relevant work experience)
Strong written and verbal English proficiency
