Branch Manager - Polokwane/ Makhado

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the insurance industry is urgently looking to appoint a Branch Manager in their Offices in Polokwane/ Makhado. The successful incumbent will be responsible for assigning and directing all work performed in the Branch and overseeing all areas of Branch operations.  You will also be responsible for leading employees, fostering a conducive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction with the branch.

Desired Experience and qualifications:

• Relevant qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing personnel or any supervisory related position is required
• Knowledge of the funeral industry is essential in this position
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, and coordination of people
• and resources.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
