Branch Manager

POSITION INFO:

The role involves overseeing and directing all operational aspects of the business, including sales targets, debtors and creditors management, health and safety compliance, gas rentals, rental hire, stores and stock control, customer service, and human resources administration. A key focus is placed on skills development through training, coaching, and motivating staff to ensure optimal performance. The position also includes accounting responsibilities such as developing forecasts, setting financial objectives, and creating business plans, while delivering effective solutions to customers to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance overall profitability.

- Minimum Qualification: Matric

- Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.

• Ability to perform duties and deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
