You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, supporting both customers and internal teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle booking schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Perform general administrative duties to support branch operations
• Generate, process, and reconcile invoices
• Handle customer payments, including receipting and follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks
• Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and stock control processes
• Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and telephonically
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong financial understanding, including invoicing and payment processing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience with automotive booking systems
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping qualification
