SUMMARY:
Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Branch Administrator

Stipend: R5200 pm

Location: Marshalltown (Johannesburg)

POSITION INFO:
About the role
Process all administration duties and tasks allocated by Team Leader and management update contributions, load new entrants and extended funerals

Duties and Responsibilities

Record all work received.
Capture records of all work received.
Complete monthly updates.
Reconcile historic updates.
Save updated data.
Liaise with clients and branches.
Operate the Everest system for all work aspects.

Requirements

South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34
Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
1 to 2 years’ experience.
Matric
National Diploma in Business Administration
Computer Literacy
Team Player
Numerical understanding
Good communication skills
Attention to Detail
