Bookkeeper (to Trial Balance), Luxury Hospitality, Property Group, Hout Bay

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a luxury hospitality and property group based near Hout Bay.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Capturing and reconciling all financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate ledgers and records
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Assisting with management reports and audits
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in hospitality, property, or a luxury environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualification or diploma in finance/accounting advantageous
