Bookkeeper to Trial Balance – JHB

POSITION INFO:

• Mature person with relevant experience
• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Financial Management
• Must have done all statutory returns
• Be able to prepare books for end of year audit and up to trial balance
• Maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments
• Working closely with our Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports
• Ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments
• Software: Xero is a MUST
• Must have  : Xero, hubdoc, Processing, Managing Staff assignment, Loading national and international payments on Nedbank, Moderate excel skills, import/export experience.
