SUMMARY:
Calling FMCG experienced Bookkeepers to join a dynamic and exciting company in the WC region.

POSITION INFO:
Our client in the FMCG sector, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment and is committed to financial accuracy and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen (local applicants only)
Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a FMCG environment
Experience with OMNI | GAAP

Key Responsibilities:

Daily, weekly, and monthly cashbook management and reconciliations
Full Creditors Clerk function: capturing invoices (PO to invoice conversion) and performing supplier reconciliations
Loading supplier payments on the bank platform
Assisting with stock and inventory reconciliations, including monthly spot checks
Maintaining the general ledger and preparing monthly financial reports
Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintaining audit readiness

We’re looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
