Bookkeeper, Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

A Well-established firm within the retail industry has an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper.

Minimum requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping / Finance or similar
  • Min 5 - 7 years bookkeeping experience
  • K8 system experience advantageous
  • Computer Literacy:

MS Excel – ADVANCED

Accounting Software

Working Papers

 

Duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Responsible to do Bank reconciliations
  • Compare and reconcile bank statements
  • Resolve all bank queries successfully
  • Ensure that the working papers and Management packs are compiled with the utmost accuracy
  • Ensure that all General Ledger Recons balances back to Train Balance
