The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of ledgers
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Support payroll processing and expense claims
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Collaborate with senior accountants and management on financial matters
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Matric plus a relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g., Certificate in Bookkeeping, SAIBA, or similar)
• 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
