My Client is looking for a Experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timeous processing of transactions.

Key Performance Areas:

Cash book processing
Review Creditors Reconciliation
Review debtors Reconciliation
Manage Intercompany transactions
Bank Reconciliations
Investments reconciliation
Maintain Customer agreements
Load payroll payments
Reconciliation of monthly Cost of Sales
Preparation of month end journals
Prepare Monthly Management Accounts
Prepare weekly/Monthly payroll reconciliation
Manage Fixed Asset Register
Review Weekly payments
Load weekly and monthly payments
Facilitate monthly stock countProcess Supplier Invoices
Process Customer Invoices
Supplier account Reconciliation
Customer account Reconciliation
Follow up on payments
Credit applications
Processing of Lacers & CMT invoices
Prepare weekly payments
Ad hoc duties

The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position.

Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting
4+ years'' related experience preferred
Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
