POSITION INFO:
A leading organisation within the specialised transport and logistics industry is seeking a professional and organised Junior Admin Clerk to join its team in Centurion. This role offers valuable exposure to the day-to-day administration behind a busy transport operation, working closely with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Capture and maintain accurate operational data and records
Process transport documentation, including PODs and trip sheets
Maintain organised filing systems and document control
Assist with fleet, driver and permit administration
Prepare spreadsheets, reports and operational documentation
Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal departments
Provide administrative support to the Operations Team and General Manager
Ensure documentation is accurate and completed within deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience
Logistics or transport industry experience essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player
