R35 000 - R37 000 CTC + Medical Contribution

Our client in the IT services and industrial technology sector is looking for a skilled, analytical minded experienced Bookkeeper 
that will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of daily finance functions.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualification
• Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience on ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Solid understanding of VAT and reconciliations
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Capture daily financial transactions
• Process supplier payments
• Manage accounts payable
• Process company credit card transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items
• Assist with VAT returns
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure documents are audit ready
