A well-established healthcare distribution business based in Randburg is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with a completed diploma and strong operational accounting experience.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily finance operations, and ensuring the integrity of transactional processing within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations
• Processing journals and maintaining the general ledger
• Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
• VAT preparation and submission support
• Monitoring cash flow and payment schedules
• Supporting auditors and finance management with documentation
• Maintaining financial records and filing systems

• Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (essential)
• 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience
• Strong reconciliation and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience on accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
