Qualifications 

• Matric 
• Diploma in Bookkeeping - not negotiable

• Microsoft Office skills - not negotiable
• Sage One Account Software - beneficial
• Sage Business Payroll software – beneficial

• Payroll:
• Weekly timesheets –comapny's and Labour broker
• Processing of weekly wages and monthly salaries
• Statutory submissions – EMP’s and UIF, WCA (OID), IRP’5s
• Completion and submitting of quarterly stats
• Debtors:
• Recording sales invoices / issue of monthly debtor statements
• Capturing cashbook receipts
• Debtors control and reconciliation
• Assisting customers with document requests
• Creditors:
• Suppliers purchase journals
• Monthly creditor invoices and reconciliation
• Payment Postings into Pastel
• Finance:
• Petty Cash
• Bank Payments & Reconciliations
• Corporate Credit Cards
• HR:
• Annual reviews
• Annual staff salary letters
• Updating staff job descriptions annually
• Staff medical aid
• Maintain employee HR Files e.g. contracts of employment, ID’s etc
• General Admin:
• Reception Cover
• Company cell phone contracts
• POPI Compliance
• Assistance to the Finance Manager:
• Customer credit applications
• Supplier credit applications
• Account reconciliations for management accounts e.g. fuel
