SUMMARY:
A fast-paced and growing hardware distribution company, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Bookkeeper to join their Finance Department.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational abilities, keen attention to accuracy, and strong communication skills.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process daily bank statements, petty cash, and creditor invoices in Pastel.
Maintain supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and update cash flow.
Handle VAT, fleet management, telecom accounts, and monthly reporting.
Support the Financial Accountant with management packs and year-end files.
Maintain organized records and assist with procurement tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience (distribution/retail advantageous).
Strong Pastel Accounting knowledge.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
