POSITION INFO:

A well-established manufacturing company requires a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to support the Financial Manager and oversee daily financial functions. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in the financial operations of a busy manufacturing business.

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of SYSPRO (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of stock processes and BOMs
Proven experience in reconciliations, creditors, debtors, journals, VAT, GRNs, and petty cash
Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute to a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Financial Manager on all accounting activities
Manage full creditors and debtors functions
Process GRNs, journals, VAT returns, and petty cash accurately
Perform regular reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure accurate stock management and BOM (Bill of Materials) understanding
