Booking Agent- Northern Suburbs- Cape Town

Our Client is seeking to hire a booking agent  to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent admin skills
• Relationship building skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Experience in the property industry beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting Clients on Pipedrive
• Qualifying incoming leads on Pipedrive
• Following up on client queries in timely matter
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Book consultations for Strategists
