SA''s #1 Property Investment Group is looking for a Booking Administrator to join their rentals division! 

 Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary education will be beneficial 
• Property or rentals background 
• Cold calling experience 
• 3-5 years experience 
• Excellent telephone etiquette 
• Fully bilingual 
• Target driven 

The duties and responsibilities will consist of:

• The purpose of this role is to optimize the 2 property inspectors day and to ensure there calendars are always full
• Checking payprop at the end of each month for quality control inspections that need to be done and adding this to the google docs sheet for Pretoria and Cape Town – keep this updated at all times
• Arrange a suitable time and date for the inspections to take place always working 1 to 2 weeks in advance
• Reaching a set target per month
• Attending to emails and provide feedback within 24 hours
