POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
2. Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
3. Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
4. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
5. Preparing and maintaining ledgers and journals
6. Assisting with payroll processing
7. Preparing VAT/tax returns and statutory submissions
8. Monitoring cash flow and petty cash
9. Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
10. Providing financial reports and summaries to management
