POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading provider of mining plant equipment solutions. With a commitment to innovation and quality, they specialize in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mining machinery used across various extraction operations. They are currently seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their team.
 
Education:

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Red Seal trade certificate as a Boilermaker.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding, preferably within the mining industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Fabricate, assemble, and install steel structures and components for mining plant equipment.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks on various machinery, including welding and metal fabrication.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Field Service duties and responsibilities on site.
• Must be able and willing to travel.
