SUMMARY: -
POSITION INFO:
BLENDING OPERATOR
Verify quantities of raw materials in accordance with batching sheets and formulations
Complete all relevant production process documentation accurately and ensure timely submission of all required records
Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all blending equipment before and after production
Ensure correct raw materials are selected and picked in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles and picking slips
Ensure blending operations are planned and executed efficiently to maintain smooth production flow and achieve targets and deadlines
Ensure all blenders are cleaned according to FSMS requirements and manage allergen and contamination risks
Report errors in batch or blending process sheets and escalate defects in raw materials, food safety issues
