My client is in search for a Billings Manager/Supervisor responsible for managing the accounts receivable billing process and function. Oversees the daily management of the AR billing staff and associated processes, ensuring the accuracy of the entire process. Ensures company policies and procedures relating to accounts receivable are being adhered to. Actively identify opportunities to drive standardisation and improve processes. This person will manage a billings team of 5. The team is expected to process large volume of monthly invoices to parents, run debit orders, send statements, and resolve customer queries.

Job Experience & skills Required:

completed Bcom ( Non negotiable)
Pastel and strong Advanced Excel (v-look ups, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Billings team lead/ supervisor
