SUMMARY:
Billing Supervisor - JHB Head Office - Finance Department

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

• Matric certificate and a Tertiary Education (or in progress)

• Minimum 3-5 years Logistics Billing experience
• Minimum 1-2 years Supervisory experience
• Freightware billing experience essential
• Multi-branch billing exposure advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Advanced Excel and data presentation/reporting tools
• Valid drivers license / own transport
• Strong analytical, reporting and reconciliation skills
• Understanding of logistics billing principles, VAT application, surcharge recovery and rate management
• Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual
• Self-motivated, a strong team player and self-starter
• Attention to detail, high accuracy levels and methodical
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to build credibility and positive working relationships across departments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Must be able to show initiative
• Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurised environment
