SUMMARY:
An exciting career opportunity exists in Gauteng, Johannesburg for a Billing Manager within a Property Management company. If you have the following behavioural competency and experience, we look forward to receiving your application.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Strong Accounting knowledge
Advanced Excel
Good written and communication skills
3-5 years’ experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper (Non-negotiable)
Experience in Property Management (Preferable)
Accounting or Finance Degree (Non-negotiable)

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Ensure that all debtor transactions are processed accurately and correctly within the accounting framework of the business
Oversee all debtor’s process
Ensure that suitable systems and process exist within the debtor’s department.
Where necessary assist in the development of new or improved systems and processes.
Assist with systems development and administration
Ensure that all tenants in occupation are correctly being billed for rent and all other services
To ensure that tenants are promptly informed of matters relating to billing, including rent increases, new charges, or other matters affecting some or all tenants;
To identify and investigate any buildings/clients with negative trust balances and institute immediate corrective action and alert management to the situation, how it arose, and the corrective action taken

Salary: Market Related
