JOB DESCRIPTION:

Billing Clerk/ Administrator/ Service co-ordinator - Century City – Salary R13 500 per month

5 Month Contract: 01 December ‘2022 – 30 April ‘2023

Main Purpose of the job

To provide efficient service, support and after sales satisfaction to customers, whilst maintaining profitability and SLA requirements. Your duties will include but are not limited to as stipulated below.

Requirements & Experience

Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills – Spreadsheets, Filtering, Formulas, Calculations
Accounting Background
Exceptional Organizing
Managing & Scheduling Skills
Time Management
Experience & Knowledge of MPS Environment will be an advantage
Must be able to work and preform under pressure

JOB DSECRIPTION

Logging of Service Calls for all SLA Customers & Managing & Scheduling Printer Engineers Calendars
Logging, planning, implementing and scheduling of Installations
Following up with Job Cards of engineers, closing and updating open tickets, ordering parts where required. Keeping SLA Customers informed.
Warranty Claims for Lexmark & HP
Quotes & Invoicing on Billable Service Calls & Consumables.
Monitoring consumable levels of SLA Customers on Printanista & ConnectWise. Ordering of consumables from different suppliers and compare pricing, making sure current price falls in within current CPC.
General Admin duties on Accumatica, Creating Sales Orders & PO’s. Following up GRV status and invoicing.
Managing Consumable Level Reports
Assist with Monthly CPC & SLA Billing if needed
Assist with Escalations, Cancellation, Reinstatements & Costings
Managing SLA Contracts
Assist with Forecasts on Supplies
Managing of Consumable & Hardware Stock
