SUMMARY:
Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Billing Administrator ASAP.

POSITION INFO:

Update billing system with new contracts
Review customer agreements to verify if completed properly by sales staff, and ensure documentation is compliant for debit order instructions
Bill for – once off fees, recurring fees and ad hoc charges
Prepares support for refunds and credit notes

Collections:

Run the debit orders on debtor accounts by the 1^st working day of each month
Hand over non-paying customers on a monthly basis to the external debt collectors
Escalate exceptions or non-compliance of business processes to the Financial Manager

Billing Queries

To provide any supporting documents or explanations to the invoice to customers upon request
Updates valid changes of banking details and any other required customer updates per request
Respond timeously to resolve customer queries within 2 hours for a complaint and 4 hours for a normal query.

Debtor Reporting

Follow up on each outstanding debtor not collected by debit order on a weekly basis
Compile a report of the status of each debtor not on debit order collection
Escalate non-paying debtors to the Sales Manager and Financial Manager
Enforce suspensions of customer service due to non-payment of account
