Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 – 8 years of experience in Bid Management
• Manufacturing or Engineering industry Experience
• 5 years of proven successful experience developing compliant proposals, managing proposal teams, and leading them efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on moderate- to high-complexity global opportunities.
• Write proposal sections; this includes information research and synthesis from multiple sources and a persuasive final product.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the timeous management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-cultural professional environments.
• Innovation and tolerance for calculated risk-taking.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
