Bid Proposals Manager – Durban - Market Related Salary

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
5 – 8 years of experience in Bid Management
Manufacturing or Engineering industry Experience
5 years of proven successful experience developing compliant proposals, managing proposal teams, and leading them efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on moderate- to high-complexity global opportunities.
Write proposal sections; this includes information research and synthesis from multiple sources and a persuasive final product.
Possess excellent leadership, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Experience in the timeous management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and building relationships with different stakeholders.
Experience in multi-cultural professional environments.
Innovation and tolerance for calculated risk-taking.
Willingness to travel if necessary.
