SUMMARY:
DMO Beef is seeking a dedicated and experienced Beef Farm Manager to join our team in the Eastern Cape!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of a beef farm with herds of 500+ cattle.
Oversee veld management and implement drought mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot operational challenges, including disease outbreaks and feed shortages.
Utilize farm management software for efficient record-keeping and planning.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in beef farm management, ideally with large herds.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
Language: Xhosa proficiency is strongly preferred for effective team communication.
Personal Attributes: Physically fit, resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
