POSITION INFO:

Our successful Bartenders …

 ·  manage all tasks of service preparation, including stock control, meeting and briefings, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, operating equipment

·  ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislation

·  fulfil service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive approach

·  actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent

·  work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4); good numeracy skills, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); at least one year’s experience in a similar type of environment in a minimum 4 star environment.
