Job Title: Barman / Waiter
Location: Limpopo
Salary: R6 100
Live-in position / Meals not included
Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take and serve food and beverage orders professionally
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
- Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Manage bar stock and assist with stock control
- Work closely with kitchen and hospitality staff to ensure smooth service
- Ensure guests enjoy a professional and welcoming experience
Requirements:
- Previous bar experience essential
- Waitering experience in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment
- Good knowledge of beverages and basic wine service
- Well-presented and professional
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working in a remote bush environment
