SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused 

 to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment

POSITION INFO:
Description:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and café
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous barista or coffee shop experience advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
