Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all banqueting and event operations
• Liaise with clients to ensure event requirements are met and expectations exceeded
• Lead and supervise the banqueting service team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure alignment and timing
• Monitor quality standards and uphold the luxury brand experience
• Manage stock levels, setup, staffing, and post-event breakdowns

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in banqueting or events management within a luxury hotel or venue
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
