POSITION INFO:

To administer Bank reconciliations, following up and clearing reconciling items, daily cash management and foreign payments and accounts adhoc payments. Loading company payments on Banking platform. Be the intermediate person for all banking purposes. Must have Sage Evolution experience.

• Thorough and timeous preparation of payments.
• Administer costing and invoicing of supplier payments
• Accurate costing of expenses bank debits, receipts, and transfers
• Daily receipting
• Loading of payments/Beneficiaries
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end process
• Papertrail 
• Customer requirements
• Finding solutions to ensure for a smooth operational day
• General administration/Internal process
• Adherence of internal control policies
• BEE exercise
• Confidentiality
• Accurate Bank Recons submitted
• Audit request
