We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and quality-driven Bakery Manager to lead our in-store bakery team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key department, producing exceptional baked goods that rival the best in the business. The ideal candidate would be business minded, coupled with a hands-on approach and creative flair in the breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily bakery operations — from production planning to quality control.
· Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all baked products.
· Manage stock levels, waste control, and cost efficiency.
· Lead, train, and motivate a skilled bakery team.
· Work closely with the Fresh Manager to align product variety and seasonal offerings.
· Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bakery management role.
· Strong product knowledge — breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery.
