Your role
Bake cookies, waffles, malva pudding for our dessert range
Operate and maintain ice cream machines (training provided)
Monitor batch quality and texture with precision
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
Maintain hygiene and detailed production records
What we’re looking for
Strength to lift 25kg bags repeatedly
Energy to work at pace while standing all day
Reliability, punctuality, and consistency
Accuracy with recipes and weighing
Commitment to cleanliness and order
Preferred (not essential)
Hours & Salary
Monday to Friday, daytime production hours
Occasional Saturdays in peak season
Negotiable salary, based on experience
