The Backoffice administrator must take overall responsibility of providing back-up support to the Site Manager with regards to administration and financial administration support

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Must have completed Grade 12
• Must be computer literate in MS Office Suite especially Excel
• Must be Excellent in English, verbal and written skills
• Duties: Daily control of cash-ups
• Prepare daily banking deposits
• Coordinate cash in transit collections
• Check and review creditors
• Check and review debtors and age analysis
• Capture invoices
• Control stock takes
• Assist with shift planning for Quick Shop staff
• Assist with placing of stock orders
• Assist with preparation of salaries
• Make COD payments where appropriate
