SUMMARY:
A prestigious luxury hospitality group is looking for a meticulous Back of House & Admin Manager to oversee the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our properties running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, systems, and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all back-of-house operations, including stores, stock, and supplier liaison.
• Oversee administrative functions such as staff rosters, HR paperwork, and procurement records.
• Support the finance and operations teams with accurate data capturing and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Train and mentor junior admin or store staff to ensure consistent standards.
• Work closely with department heads to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar admin or back-of-house management role, preferably in hotels, lodges, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of stock control systems and MS Office (Excel essential).
• Understanding of hospitality operations and service standards.
• Professional, solution-driven approach and strong communication skills.
