LODGE ASSISTANT/BUTLER to Provide High-Quality Service for a  Luxury Lodge
***  MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH

* Minimum 3-5 Years' experience in a 5-Star or Luxury
   Hospitality Environment
* Exceptional Inter-Personal &  Communication Skills
* Barista & Mixology Skills 
* Able to Work Flexible Hours, including Weekends & Public
   Holidays
* Valid Driver's License
* Willingness to perform additional Duties as required by
   Manager

( Live-in Position (if needed)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Household Staff and co-ordinate Daily Tasks
• Oversee Household Operations & ensure all Tasks are completed efficiently
• Assist with Event Planning and co-ordination
• Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness & Organization
• Provide Exceptional Service to Clients & Guests
• Support the Private Chef in Delivering World-class Dining
• Lead all Meal Services, including Table Setting, Wine Service & Clearing. 
• Supervise the Housekeeping
