SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Butchery Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy butchery, ensuring efficient store management, excellent product quality, strong team leadership, and profitability.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (relevant retail or food management qualification advantageous)
3–5 years' experience managing a butchery or retail meat outlet
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, butchery processes, and product handling
Experience with stock control, purchasing, and supplier management
Sound understanding of retail operations, financial controls, and cost management
Proven leadership and staff management experience
Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP or similar advantageous)
