A Butchery in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, require Butchery Assistants

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate
1 year experience in a butchery enviroment - Minimum
Breaks down and debones animal carcasses to saleable cuts of meat for customers
Cuts and trays different styles and types of meat for display
Sharpens and maintains knives and butchery equipment
