POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily site operations.
• Lead and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor programme progress and assist in achieving project milestones.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Plan daily activities, manage productivity, and resolve site-related issues.
• Liaise with the Site Agent, Contracts Manager, consultants, and professional team.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure outstanding workmanship throughout the project.

• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-storey residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, brickwork, finishing trades, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery.
• Valid driver's licence.
