BOOKKEEPER & WAGES PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - AGRICULTURE (WHITE RIVER)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Wages Payroll Administrator to manage full bookkeeping and wages payroll functions for a busy processing facility. The role includes financial processing, statutory payroll administration, grower financial administration, and stock processing, ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial control within the business unit. The successful candidate will need to reside in White River or Hazyview.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications:

• Post-school certificate or diploma in Bookkeeping or Business Administration
• 5–10 years’ experience in a bookkeeping and payroll role (essential)
• Strong experience with MS Excel, Sage Evolution, and Pastel Payroll
• Solid understanding of statutory payroll processing and compliance
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• The successful candidate must reside in White River or Hazyview.
• Willingness to work between Head Office and White River factory locations
• Physically fit and comfortable working within a factory environment
