BOOKINGS CLERK – AUTOMOTIVE (STELLENBOSCH)

SUMMARY:
An experienced Bookings Clerk is required to manage service and repair appointments within a busy motor dealership environment. The role focuses on delivering a professional customer experience, coordinating effectively with the service and parts departments, and ensuring smooth scheduling of workshop operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient booking management, accurate record keeping, and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• Motor dealership industry experience is essential
• Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk within a dealership environment preferred
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); additional South African language advantageous
• Experience using dealership management systems or booking software
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to schedule and coordinate workshop capacity efficiently
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and maintenance (mechanical knowledge advantageous)
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
