SUMMARY:
An experienced Bookings Clerk is required to manage service and repair appointments within a busy motor dealership environment. The role focuses on delivering a professional customer experience, coordinating effectively with the service and parts departments, and ensuring smooth scheduling of workshop operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient booking management, accurate record keeping, and proactive communication.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
Motor dealership industry experience is essential
Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk within a dealership environment preferred
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); additional South African language advantageous
Experience using dealership management systems or booking software
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to schedule and coordinate workshop capacity efficiently
Good understanding of vehicle servicing and maintenance (mechanical knowledge advantageous)
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
